General InformationThe mission of Appeninn
Appeninn Property Management Holding Plc. founded in 2009, is one of the most dynamically expanding investment company of Hungary. During its operation it concentrates on niche segments in which low price resources promising huge yield production can be obtained and maintained with investment purposes on medium and long term. Such target area among others is the market of A and B category office complexes with 25.000 square meters, as well as industrial and logistic properties with 18.000 square meters warehouses. The total size of land possessed by Appeninn is 140.000 square meters. Among its services Appeninn also hires out commercial vehicles that meet special demands.
The main owner
The founder and the main owner of Appeninn Plc. is the Swiss seated Lehn Consulting AG, which operates pursuing a similar investment strategy to that of Appeninn’s, mainly focusing on office market. Lehn Consulting concentrates on the realization of investments that benefit from the Central-European growth forecasted on the medium and long term. For their Hungarian operation they appointed Appeninn Holding. The fund necessary for the operation of Appeninn and for the transaction of the acquisitions is provided by Lehn Consulting, which shows their commitment to long-term growth. Appeninn trusts asset wealth in the value of 14,5 bn HUF through the owned companies.
Stock market presence
Our company became a public company in the year of the foundation. On 2nd July, 2010 the trading of Appeninn shares started on the Budapest Stock Exchange among the class B shares. Appeninn shares soon grew into one of the best liquidity securities. With the introduction the company group obtained new funds – through the capital-collecting function of the stock market. We intend to expend the new funds on enlarging our portfolio, as our purpose is to get among the class A shares in 2011. We intend to continuously broaden our property portfolio with property-development and with the acquisition of production plants. This can lead to the main objective of the management and the owners, which is to develop the company into an international holding that represents classic values, on an asset base well definable values and conservative business policy. Our shares so could get into the BUX basket.
